SIMM Associates Inc. Completes Annual Renewal of SSAE18(SOC1) Type II, PCI-DSS Level 1, and ISO 27002/HIPPA certifications and adds SOC2 Type I

(“SIMM”), a full-service ARM/BPO Customer Care call center that provides third party collections, first-party (pre-default) collections, probate collection solutions and customer engagement BPO is proud to announce that it has successfully completed renewal for SSAE18(SOC1) Type II, PCI-DSS Level 1, and ISO 27002/HIPPA certifications. This year SOC2 Type I was completed for the first time. The certifications of validation were issued by an independent Third-Party Assessor certified by the PCI Security Standards Council who is also an accredited Information Security Professional company.
