NCB Management Services, Inc. Announces the Selection and integration of CallMiner Speech Analytics into its Collection and Compliance Management System

TREVOSE, Pa. -- NCB Management Services, Inc. (NCB), a leader in both the debt collection and debt buying industries announced today that they have executed an agreement with CallMiner, Inc., to purchase and implement CallMiner’s Eureka Speech Analytics Platform with NCB’s proprietary account management and Compliance Management Systems.
