Coast Professional, Inc. Announces Promotion of Chris Brown as Vice President of Operations

WEST MONROE, La. -- Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast) is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Chris Brown to Vice President of Operations. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Brown will be responsible for managing Coast’s Operations Department at both the West Monroe, LA and Elma, NY offices and will oversee the operational activities of the company in accordance with company policies, goals, and objectives. Mr. Brown is an experienced leader who will be managing the operations of the company’s large government and campus based contracts, including achieving performance targets, identifying areas for process improvement, and team performance. He will oversee more than 100 operation staff and three directors.

Mr. Brown has more than 10 years of experience in finance and operations and has increased his knowledge of the collection industry over the past 9 years. Mr. Brown started with Coast in 2010 as the Financial Controller and continually expanded his position culminating in his current role as Vice President of Operations. He holds two BBA degrees from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Accounting and Marketing and holds the Credit and Collections Compliance Office (CCCO) designation from ACA international. Mr. Brown was also named a Top 20 Under 40 award recipient by the Northeast Louisiana Young Professionals in 2014.
